Sept 25, 2021 – We will continue to update our protocols as needed. You do not have to wait in your car, you may rest in our Transition Room to prepare for your experience with us and you may come in and visit anytime! As the landscape changes, know we are keeping you safe with all of our sanitization protocols in place and our team being masked. Any questions kindly call us. We are honored to have earned your trust and will continue to provide the safe environment you have come to expect.

Below are guidelines that were put in place originally, we ask that you arrive in a mask as we wish to keep clients arriving and exiting BodiScience safe. However, as you step through your experience you are able to remove your mask when you are with your provider.

“Appointments only” at this time. We are not able to accommodate walk-ins. It’s best to call if you need products or gift certificates. We may process and wrap them to have them ready for you to pick up. You are welcome to shop and browse when you arrive.

Please arrive for your appointment alone (unless you are scheduled together), we are not able to have guests waiting for you at this time.

We have touchless payments setup for your convenience. We keep your payment info on file through a safe and trusted merchant. This allows us to process payments without having to touch your card.

There are no cancellation fees for rescheduling or canceling due to being sick. We expect that this will not be abused for forgotten reservations or as an excuse. We have limited availability and many of our clients are “in need”. We ask for you to please be mindful when securing your reservation.

We will be charging accordingly if you are a no-show/no-call or forget your appointment. Rudeness cannot be tolerated.

Please be on time. Due to scheduling restrictions and disinfecting protocols, we may have to reschedule you if you are late. There may be a rescheduling fee.

Masks are to be worn to enter our Wellness Center & Spa. Your BodiScience Therapist will guide you as to when you may slip your mask off.

Upon arriving the spa we will guide you to wash your hands in our restroom while singing Happy Birthday to yourself 🙂   We will also provide you with hand sanitizer before or during your service with us if necessary.

If you come in showing any signs of being sick, we will kindly ask you to reschedule for a later date.

There will be a mandatory Consent for Service Form included in e-mail reminders sent out 2-3 days before your appointment. PLEASE fill this out once you have received your reminder. This needs to be completed before your appointment. A new social contract has been expected so that we may keep you, other clients, and our employees safe.

You may expect to receive a warm tea or water upon departure and to rest in our Transition Room with tea service and warm collars.

Please carry a small bag with your bare necessities avoiding a large hand bag or many items with you. Plan to have your phone (and car keys) in a small satchel is helpful so as not to touch it after you have entered.

Our staff is certified in the latest protocols and regulations for sanitation and disinfection. We will be disinfecting and cleaning our tools, implements and work stations between each client. We will be wearing a mask at all times while in the salon and changing them frequently. We will be disinfecting all high traffic areas and the restroom frequently. Our work areas are more than 6 feet apart, therefore partitions are not necessary, but we do have them for your comfort. Our staff will be answering their own health questionnaire before coming to work each morning. The health and safety of our clients and staff are our main priority during this time.

Please kindly keep conversation positive and light. The number one reason to visit this spa is to manage stress.

Given the stress of the current situation, we are committed to providing you with a safe sacred space to rest your mind to invest in your well-being under this new set of social norms that have been placed upon us. Please be patient with us as we have been thoughtful with how we are able to provide each service to you with your safety and our body mechanics in mind.
