Appointments

• We take care of reserving the time that is best for you. We work as a team and therefore encourage you to try another practitioner if your schedule cannot be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

No-shows hurt us all, Clients, Staff, and BodiScience. Please give us the courtesy of 48 hours to let us know you need to change your scheduled time so that we may schedule other clients for that reserved time.

• We require a 48-hour courtesy to let us know you need to change your scheduled time.
• Please help us to help you avoid being charged for late cancellations. If we receive less than a 48-hour courtesy, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment amount will be charged; no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment amount.

No Perfumes Please

• We ask that you refrain from wearing fragrance during your visit with us because we utilize pure essential oils throughout our treatments. Many perfumes contain harsh alcohol, chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and dyes. These ingredients can conflict with our formulations as well as other clients receiving treatments.

Please Turn off your Phone

• For the comfort of all our clients, we ask that you please turn off cellular phones and any electronic device while in our center and especially our Transition Room.
• We have created a sacred environment to allow us all to rest from electronics while taking time out of our busy lives to nourish our minds and bodies.
