Meditation Classes
Meditation isn’t about forcing your mind to be quiet.
It’s about experiencing the silence that’s already there and making it a part of your life.
The video below is a preview of how guided meditation works. It takes less than 5 minutes.
We invite you to join us for our online 21-Day Summer Solstice Meditation beginning on Sunday, June 2nd at 7:00 am on Zoom.
Together, we will awaken the energies of this powerful shift in the third phase of the moon. On the same day as the third quarter moon, we experience the equally powerful yang energy of the Summer Solstice and the fire element.
The benefits of morning meditation, such as building focus and finding stress relief, are enhanced when your mind is free and clear before the day’s stresses have crept in.
The healing benefits of meditation are one of the best tools for countering the brain’s negativity bias, releasing accumulated stress, fostering positive experiences and intentions, and enjoying the peace of present-moment awareness.
A large body of research has established that having a regular meditation practice produces tangible benefits for mental and physical health, including:
- Decreased blood pressure and hypertension
- Lowered cholesterol levels
- Reduced production of stress hormones, including cortisol and adrenaline
- More efficient oxygen use by the body
- Increased production of the anti-aging hormone DHEA
- Improved immune function
- Decreased anxiety, depression, and insomnia
Celebrate the summer solstice and learn how meditation can nourish your entire being—body, mind, and spirit. As you continue this daily meditation practice, discover how to carry this positive energy with you throughout the day.
Join in and set your intention for this energetic shift!

Thanks to growing scientific evidence, we now know that meditation offers measurable health benefits and makes life better in some very meaningful ways – from disease prevention and pain management to better sleep, emotional well-being, and stress relief.
But perhaps its most important (and sometimes overlooked) benefit is the rare and precious opportunity meditation affords us in the midst of our busy, noisy, and often chaotic lives—to practice silence and self-reflection as a means of better knowing ourselves.
In fact, it’s the surest and simplest pathway we can use to discover our fundamental nature, purpose, and essence . . . and gain a deeper grasp of who we are and why we’re here.
Why, then, aren’t we all practicing meditation daily?
The trouble is that we live in a time-starved, impatient culture that leads to overactive minds. So even if we sit down to try meditation, we often question what type to practice, whether we’re doing it long enough, and whether we are doing it correctly.
The next thing we know, we can be stressed out about the very thing that is supposed to relieve us.
But what if there were a simple and effective meditation practice anyone could use to go beyond the mental prison of doubt, anxiety, and judgment we’re accustomed to – and gain access to an inner sanctuary of quiet, centered awareness?
Yes, guided meditation.
