A Message From Founder Dawn Tardif

Think of a man or a woman… when they walk into a room, you comment on their presence. That person has a secret. This secret is something they practice that nurtures them. Our outer beauty illuminates when we nurture ourselves.

The treatments within these pages are ancient secrets that nurture the mind, the body and the spirit. They are not luxuries. They are practices that are an intricate part of taking care of our well being. Physicals, breast exams, prostate exams, cholesterol levels are all disease controls, which have a time and a place. As a society we need to practice disease prevention and begin developing nurturing behaviors.

When you pass through our doors, it is my vision to evoke a sense of stepping out of our stressful world and stepping into a place of serenity. My mission is to share knowledge of living in a joyful, youthful and balanced state of well being and to enable you to make informed decisions while living in a disease producing society.

Ayurvedic and Chinese philosophies are the foundation of knowledge. I have studied with well-known professionals that include Deepak Chopra, David Simon, Melanie Sachs and Abbas Qutab. This area of study, combined with my esthetic license, has inspired me to bring these unique services and knowledge to you.
